Hotel La Fábrica de Solfa

In 2001 an old ruined building called the “ La Fabrica de Solfa” was acquired. An old paper mill originally constructed in the 18C alongside the River Matarranya and next to the 16C stone bridge which crosses the river into the village of Beceite.

During restoration the original features were respected and the interior adapted to provide the needs of a comfortable hotel with character. Facilities include 8 spacious bedrooms with bathrooms. All rooms are twins but can be adopted to provide double beds. There is a comfortable lounge with log burning fire, restaurant with a well deserved reputation for good food and an outdoor riverside terrace. There is also a Wi-Fi zone. The hotel is no smoking throughout with smoking only permitted on the exterior terrace.

On the east the hotel is alongside the river and the 16C stone bridge From the south and west there is access to the bridge and also to the 16C hermitage of Santa Ana located directly in front of the hotel.

The hotel offers a wide range of activities from walking, cycling, canyoning,kayaking and cultural trips. Every effort is made to adapt to the needs of the guests and we are happy to provide quotations for any activities or combinations of activities to allow you to enjoy your stay in this fantastic region to the full.

Bed and Breakfast Room Rates for 2010 are:-

Mid Week 80 Euros
Weekends 90 Euros

These are rates per room and not person. Taxes are included

Dinner bed and breakfast is 140-150 Euros per room.
